RETURNS AND SHIPPING

Our policy lasts 5 days from the stamped date if the item is in the original condition and has no sign of visible wear. If days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, NO visible signs of wear such like: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances etc. Any packing slip marked with the final sale stamps is final sale no exceptions.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. Customer is responsible for returning shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns of swimsuits and final sale clothing.

To complete your return, we required a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds (if applicable). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will have a credit in the store. WE WILL NOT REFUND MONEY. 

Unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at elsa.toro@sisuboutiquepr.com

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you. you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received.
